Hamus Sunroom: Embrace a Relaxing and Charming Lifestyle

nn4

A “sunroom” is also known in English as a “winter garden,” which literally means a garden in winter. It brings the home into close contact with sunlight, allowing you to enjoy warm sunshine even on cold winter days and creating a cozy living environment for your family.

Sunrooms are typically built as extensions, often converted from a balcony or patio, or constructed as a new structure outdoors. While the space may not be large, it is flooded with natural light. Through the large glass windows, you can take in the entire outdoor view.

These lingering shadows, this warm stillness, the scent of an afternoon drink—how familiar they are to me. Behind this terrace and this window, happiness peeks out, along with a few bookshelves, two beds, and a vase of flowers… This is already paradise—Dai Wangshu, Republic of China era.

Over the course of many years, Hanmusi Sunrooms has been creating a relaxing, comfortable, and extraordinary space for you through unique design and exquisite craftsmanship—a layout that embodies a certain way of life.

Every sunroom developed and manufactured by Hanmusi undergoes rigorous, systematic structural design based on its aesthetic concept. In accordance with internationally advanced sunroom design principles and building codes, hundreds of details—from the beam configuration to joint connection and installation specifics, as well as side panel selection—are meticulously calculated to ensure the sunroom’s safety and comfort while withstanding various natural disasters.

In addition, Hanmous places great emphasis on the quality of materials used in its sunroom products. The sunrooms feature a reinforced combination of laminated glass and insulated glass. Insulated glass offers excellent sound insulation and thermal insulation, effectively reducing heat transfer to keep the interior warm in winter and cool in summer. The laminated glass uses a PVB (polyvinyl butyral) interlayer—a polymer material—to bond two panes of tempered glass together. This provides safety, thermal insulation, noise control, and UV protection. Even if the glass breaks, the fragments remain adhered to the film, keeping the broken surface clean and smooth and effectively preventing injuries from sharp shards.
